Fade buttons in toolbar

Descriptive button text for Decrease / Increase Fade seems to be reversed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the buttons [Decrease Fade] and [Increase Fade] to the toolbar
2. Select a brush with fade option active
3. Change Fade value to 0: OBSERVED: The brush stroke is soft (EXPECTED is hard)
4. Change Fade value to 1
5. Change Fade value to 0: OBSERVED: The brush stroke is hard (EXPECTED is soft)

This is not unintentional behavior but it is unexpected behavior. 

These actions are meant to correspond with the corresponding brush setting called "Fade", which is hardest at the highest value rather than at the lowest value. I don't know why "Fade" is called "Fade" instead of something like "Hardness".
