SUMMARY
For some reason, when I add an audio fade out, it often gets louder before the fade begins, as if it's starting at 120% volume at the start of the fade instead of 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add fade out to audio.
2. Listen to fade out volume.

OBSERVED RESULT
Fade out volume starts louder than 100%, then fades out.

EXPECTED RESULT
Fade out volume starts at 100%, then fades out.
