Two oversized ill-fitting horizontal bars + missing 12 bars

SUMMARY
Horizontal Bars sensors display and scale incorrectly on smaller panels.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have any panel
2. Add any System Monitor, especially Hard Disk Usage
3. Move the Hard Disk Usage to a panel, preferably a small sized one

OBSERVED RESULT
Horizontal bars do not scale properly and look oversized. For height 36, it only displays two bars unshrunk, also there is too much spacing on the top.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be three horizontal bars with equal spacing above and below the bars, when the panel is at size 36.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (may apply to others)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also, recently, my 12 bars of the individual CPU monitor also disappeared.

This is fixed in Plasma 6.1, to be released next week.
