SUMMARY
Icons within the task manager and kickoff do not respond to drags made with a tablet pen. Meaning it is impossible to re-order icons on a tablet

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a tablet pen
2. Attempt to drag an icon on the task manager

OBSERVED RESULT
The item is not dragged

EXPECTED RESULT
The item is dragged as when using a mouse

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tablet: Wacom Intuos Draw Small -  CTH-490

Enabling touch mode on my tablet, so it functions as a touchpad, and then using my hand does work correctly. This issue seems specific to using the tablet pen.

Can reproduce. Let's make this about the Task Manager only; please open a new one for Kickoff, since that's a different widget with different code.

Right: on X11, styluses are interpreted as mice/touchpads, rather than their own input device type that can (and must be) be handled separately. Tablets can be switched into "Touchpad mode" to restore the old behavior, but out tablet KCM doesn't support that yet. It's in progress though.
