mail notifications

SUMMARY

mail backup must start between 7 h and 8 h.
Each time , every morning I get 2 or 3 notifications saying the backup starts

see the capture

OBSERVED RESULT

2 or 3 notification "begin mail backup ..."

1 notification "begin mail backup ..."
