Identification of Picture That SDDM Suddenly Stopped Supporting After Update + Screenshot + Photo That Stooped Working

[[ This text is not a part of the bug report: This Is SDDM, which is part of KDE now, but its missing from bug report.  Hence the whole bug report below, lands here. Searching (ctrl+F in a browser) on "All"  brings nothing. Absolutely nothing. And this bug is so annoying, because I report it for th 100th time. Please remove this info but do not change the bug report. Yes it's emotional, because its  a subbotage for the 100th time. Again and again and again and again its happening throughout the KDE. Over and over and over again. The same bug. The same bug. The same bug. And I report it over and over and over and over. And its happening again and again and agian. Now this bug is in another part of KDE. Here SDDM. And you removed (?) SDDM from "kde.bugs.org". Hence this bug report landed here. Not cool. Pleas forward it to the appropriate team who packages and makes SDDM for KDE plus Nate Graham himself. Thank you. Please inform Mr Graham to implement a procedure so this bug never ever happens again (instead of happening over and over and over again in KDE.]]

SUMMARY

SDDM does not support backgrounds anymore. Suddenly, I have a complete white login background.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to SDDM/login Settings in KDE
2. Add attached Photo, that used to work, but not anymore after update; it suddenly disappeared.
3. Click "Apply"
4. Type your password
5. Done

OBSERVED RESULT
Login/SDDM Background is empty and white. No photo.

EXPECTED RESULT
I report the exact same bug for the 100th time. It pops-up over and over again throughout KDE like a plague. PLEASE, I BEG YOU, FOR THE 100th time: STOP REMOVING PHOTO SUPPORT THROUGHOUT KDE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. WHY ?!, WHY DO I HAVE TO REPORT THE SAME BUG OVER AND OVER AGAIN! PLEASE STOP DOING IT. NATE? WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?

P.S. I don not wish to use 20-30MiB file for login/lock screen and wallpaper. I prefer KDE to be fast, mean an lean. This is why I compress PNG files to have small and very fast file read/decode. Saves space and it used to work. Not anymore. For the 100th time you removed support. Again. :((. Why?! S T O P IT!
