STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open win10 system settings,Enter the storage settings page,change the storage location of the new content to other dirve except C dirve;
2. install kate from microsoft store;
3. open kate configuration page, change font and then click the OK button;
4. restart kate
OBSERVED RESULT
The font configuration does not take effect

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I move kate from the dirve D:\  to C:\ by win10 storage configuration page,  it work fine.

Looks like a KConfig issue.
