STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure you're using the "Icon view" mode and that there is more than one row of icons in that folder
2. Menu -> View -> Show Additional information
3. Add some of them from the Document, Image, Audio, Video, and Other category

OBSERVED RESULT
The more Additional information you add, the more gap you get (O and X in the screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
No additional gap
