Before viewfinder initialisation.

SUMMARY
Kamoso initialises with an empty effects panel, if the panel is invoked before the viewfinder has been initialised.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
As the attached `.webM` video demonstrates, merely invoke the sidebar before the camera has been initialised.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel is empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should populate after the viewfinder initialises.

If invoked during viewfinder initialization, the broken thumbnails invoke their corresponding effects correctly.
