SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a folder
2. change it's icon
3. folder disappears from desktop (can be found through dolphin though)

OBSERVED RESULT
odd behavior, didn't happened on plasma 5.27.x

EXPECTED RESULT
create a folder and change it's icon, the folder stays on the desktop.
