SUMMARY
It's not possible to insert images in Microsoft WIndows 11

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select insert image
2. Either draw a sketch or select an existing image
3. Click "Ok"

OBSERVED RESULT
No image in the page

Selected image shown in the page
