When I wake my PC, the monitors frequently have to be re-enabled and configured in "Configure Display Settings". This tends to make Plasma crash shortly afterwards. I have a Giga-byte G34WQC, and 2x Dell SE2417HG monitors

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
