Often, when starting kate, the "Dynamic Word Wrap" setting is reset. You have to turn it on, and after re-entry, it often disappears again. Although there is a check mark in the "settings" of the program, but it disappears in the drop-down menu.

Should be fixed with Frameworks 6.3.
