SUMMARY
If you hibernate your computer and resume using your system and leave it idle for whatever power settings you have to turn off your displays after a the period of inactivity it is set for nothing happens.  The screens do not turn off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hibernate computer
2. resume computer and leave on for the time period you need before screens turn off
3. screens do not suspend

OBSERVED RESULT
Currently the screens remain on

EXPECTED RESULT
Screens should turn off
