Video showing the choppiness in maximize/restore of window

SUMMARY

Dragging the window titlebar to the top in-order to maximize and dragging to the bottom in-order to restore is not smooth as compared to Breeze/Plastik decorations with Qt apps on Wayland

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag window titlebar of a non-maximized window to the top in-order to maximize
2. Drag window titlebar of a maximized window to the bottom in-order to restore

OBSERVED RESULT
Transition is slightly choppy with a lag of 1sec

EXPECTED RESULT
Transition should be smooth
