Description leon.halic 2024-05-30 15:15:33 UTC
SUMMARY

When using "unify outputs" mode for dual monitors (i.e. duplicate), opening overview effect does not show the applications on the secondary monitor. Additionally, desktops on the top do not have any preview. The overview works as intended on the main screen.

Within the overview effect, you can still switch desktops on the secondary monitor, and it switches them also on the main. So it seems its the problem with desktop and application previews on the secondary monitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 monitors and set them on the "unify outputs"
2. Open overview effect

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop and application previews do not show on the secondary monitor, only the main one.

EXPECTED RESULT
Both monitors should show the overview effect in the same way, with desktop and application previews.
