It seems that the "internal console" (called "output" in german) (button on the bottom left in Kate) is blinking too. I always have to click on the icon so it goes back into background. This is quite annoying. I file this bug here, because I don't have this problem with other programs, only with Kate. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. see above OBSERVED RESULT See above. EXPECTED RESULT No behaviour like above. What does the output view tell? Are there errors shown?
Only reason for me could be error/warning output in the output view, would we interesting to know what stuff is there.
