SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open elisa
2. maximize it and then close it
3. open elisa again

OBSERVED RESULT
Instead of opening in a maximized window, it opens in an un-maximized window with the size of a full-screen window

EXPECTED RESULT
It should open in a maximized state.
