STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Timelapse  recording in the Recorder docker
2. Set the frame file format to JPEG
3. Make A change on the canvas

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message pops up saying it cannot write frame, and frame doesn't show up in directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
No error message and frame shows up in the specified directory.

Android: 13
QT: 5.15.7
Krita Version: 5.2.2.1 (git ef922fb)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In Krita artist forum, someone suggested to save timelpase frames as PNG, it works.

Yeah, that seems to be related to the issue in the SDP build mentioned here: https://invent.kde.org/dkazakov/krita-deps-management/-/issues/11
