I'm seeing this too. Operating System: Fedora Linux 40 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Kernel Version: 6.8.9-300.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 620
And, _not_ seeing it on my workstation. Same software versions, but graphics processor is AMD Radeon RX 580.

That's not the same bug! There's no grace period set here and the symptom is not a frozen screen. Unlocking still works, even when the unlock screen is not shown.
