Plasma (Wayland) restarts the monitor and freezes immediately after starting the computer, but windows and cursor working, rebooting does not help. In X11 session nothing freezes.

What freezes specifically? Can you launch Dolphin with the Windows+E Keyboard shortcut? How about Overview with Windows+W?
