SUMMARY
Sometimes, I get WhatsApp messages on my phone where the group name contains quotation marks (" - תשפ"ד in my case); the actual output on my macOS screen is תשפ"ד.

The English equivalent would be:
"This" -> "This"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Receive a message with quotes (") on your phone and wait for the notification on your macOS

OBSERVED RESULT
" instead of "

EXPECTED RESULT
" appears as is.
