Insert dialog

SUMMARY
When I click on insert link/picture/table - I'm not able to confirm it. There is no button. Possible just to cancel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on insert link/picture/table button
2. Pop-up will appear with settings

OBSERVED RESULT
 In the pop-up there is no Confirm button. Just Cancel

EXPECTED RESULT
