SUMMARY
When selecting the folder button next to the Directory field under File Settings in the Capture Module nothing happens. A spinning color wheel appears indicating it is attempting the operation but it eventually just times out and nothing happens. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. goto capture module
2. select folder icon to change directory under file settings
3. nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
Spinning colored wheel and eventually times out

EXPECTED RESULT
window appear to change directory where images will be saved to
