Translation of "session" in kde system settings is very awkward. "Session" is translated as "Posiedzenie", and when you input think about this "posiedzenie" brings thoughts about a meeting with friends, and nothing about desktop session.
When you input "posiedzenie" into google translate you also get "meeting", not "session"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kde system settings
2. Scroll down on the left pane
3. At the very bottom you see "posiedzenie"

OBSERVED RESULT
You see "posiedzenie" (meeting)

EXPECTED RESULT
You want to see "sesja" (session)
