Description Roke Julian Lockhart Beedell 2024-05-21 17:04:28 UTC
SUMMARY
The last connected Wi-Fi network isn't automatically selected at boot, and the signal randomly disconnects. I *expect* that these are related because they're the sole network-related issues I experience.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use https://flash.postmarketos.org/ to flash postmarketOS 23.12 to a Fairphone FP4.
2. Connect to a network using WPA3-Personal.

OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't remain connected on subsequent boots, and shall eventually disconnect (without automatically reconnecting) after an apparently random amount of time.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should remain connected.

This would be an issue with NetworkManager itself or how it's been configured by the distro, not our UI to control it. Probably something to report to the PostmarketOS folks for further investigation.
