SUMMARY
Window menu appears in second screen when right-click on a title bar placed in primary screen. I'm on X11 session.

1. Connect an external monitor to the laptop.
2. Keep the internal monitor as the primary display.
3. Right-click on a window title bar, placed on the internal monitor, to open the window menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
- The window menu appears at the top of the second monitor, faraway from the pointer's position (screenshot 1).

EXPECTED RESULT
- The window menu should open directly on the internal monitor, above the mouse pointer.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Neon: 6.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When no second monitor is attached to the laptop, the window menú doesn't appears above the mouse pointer either, if the title bar is under the horizontal half of the screen, the window menu appears at the top, faraway from the pointer's position (screenshot 2).
X11 session.
