SUMMARY Since upgrading to Plasma 6, my system has been experiencing an issue where the tiled placement of windows on my monitor is lost whenever the monitor goes to sleep/standby. Windows stay relatively close to the tiled portion of the screen that was specified for them, but tend to revert to their pre-tiled dimensions and get slightly shifted. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a tile placement layout 2. Assign windows to the tiled locations 3. Allow monitor to go to standby/sleep OBSERVED RESULT Windows revert to non-tiled dimensions and are shifted from each other EXPECTED RESULT Windows remain in their tiled locations (as experienced pre Plasma 6.0) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have tested this issue on a 4 and 6 tile layout as well as the default and a custom 4 tile layout. I run a two monitor setup with both monitors having the same resolution (1080p).
