I have search and found this request: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=433238, but my monitor's resolution is 1920 x 1080 and the downloaded wallpapers still look very blurry/bad. The UHD ones look great. Can we have checkbox to always download UHD resolution no matter the display's resolution? Thank you in advance.
I'm not sure this makes sense; an FHD screen is not physically capable of displaying the detail in a UHD image. Downloading and displaying a downscaled UHD image on your FHD display would simply increase usage of bandwidth, memory, and storage space for no visual benefit.

In theory you're right, but I don't know what resizing algorithm they are using, but the difference is abysmal. I have uploaded a screenshot so you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/ubUtgT5 . On the left is my desktop, on the right is the 4K image.
Hmm, I can indeed see a difference. Fushan, do you know whether this is an issue on our side, or Bing's?
Setting to confirmed, this is a valid thing to consider.
