SUMMARY
No "on-click" option appears in capture settings for taking a screenshot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Look at capture settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Screenshot gets taken immediately rather than on a second click

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to specifically time a screenshot through a second click

Are you on wayland or x11? Wayland cannot support this right now.
