SUMMARY
When I have all normal windows and I try to open up the overview, the whole session freezes for about 30 seconds. If at least one of the windows is maximized, the overview opens up fine. This bug also happens with only one non-maximized window and if there are some maximized windows but there's a floating window that's pinned to all desktops.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have all floating windows or one pinned window
2. Trigger the overview

OBSERVED RESULT
The session hangs for about 30 seconds.

EXPECTED RESULT
The session should not hang and the overview should come up immediately.
