SUMMARY

In the documentation popup window, clicking on the scrollbars results in the popup closing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move your mouse pointer over an element producing a documentation popup.
2. Move your mouse pointer to a scrollbar of the documentation popup.
3. Try to move the scrollbar via click and drag.

OBSERVED RESULT

Documentation popup window closes.

EXPECTED RESULT

Documentation popup window should stay open and view should scroll.
