What's the Expected/Actual behavior here? Is it only about the color, or are the controls disabled when should be enabled?

The controls work fine, it's just their color is set to gray and not white.

In fact, when you click on "Configure" in "Screen Locking" page, those controls appear for a lapse of time white then change fast to gray.

This appears to have been a Kirigami bug, which is now fixed with changes by Marco or Arjen that will land in Frameworks 6.7.
