SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use an icon theme having utilities-terminal-symbolic.svg and utilities-terminal.svg icons. 
2. right click on a folder to display the context menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon associated to the "Open terminal here" action displays the utilities-terminal.svg icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon associated to the "Open terminal here" action displays the utilities-terminal-symbolic.svg icon.

It appears since this bug report the 'Open Terminal Here' entry was moved to the 'Actions' submenu which all have regular full color icons instead of symbolic, so it fits there.
