Created attachment 169380 [details] Panel issue's screenshot while it's happening.
This morning, I opened the laptop and it's not happening, and I also hadn't updated my system. So, this issue isn't happening always, I guess.
Hello, did you try to reproduce the bug again? If you can't we can close this bug ticket.
(In reply to filip.kendes1 from comment #4) > Hello, did you try to reproduce the bug again? If you can't we can close > this bug ticket. Yes, for most of the time the issue is happening. It rarely starting as it has to be.
Created attachment 169419 [details] Another issue related panel's widgets. Sometimes when my desktop loaded, middle and left panel's widget's icons blurry. Then I put my mouse over the widget's icons and they get normal. But, rarely, some of the icons not get normal (as seen in the attachment, the system tray's up-arrow-icon didn't get normal), then I logout and login so, if I don't remember wrong, it's get normal.
Created attachment 169420 [details] Panel's blurry widget's icons_clear screenshot. I added a fullscreen screenshot for blurry icons issue.
I couldn't reproduce the issue myself I'd suggest you, if you didn't already, to delete current panels and try the set it up together (maybe delete cache as well). And go 1 panel/widget at the time until you figure out which one is causing the issue if you want. Might be a config/cache messing here. Other than this, fixing the issue in code exceeds my skills.

I tried many designs for panels before this and there was an issue that system-try hidden in my desktop and I couldn't find it so I delete this setting manually in the "$HOME/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc" file. So, things got messed as you say. I'am gonna delete this file (move to my desktop for backup)(it will regenerated I think) then delete cache but how can I delete the cache, could you help me with that. I also gonna move my widgets to the desktop not delete it, should I delete?

Should I delete the "$HOME/.cache/*", not the folder itself I guess, jus inside of it. Should I delete the "$HOME/.config/plasmashellrc" file too?
Hmm, I'm not sure which cache/config files could affect panel behavior. It should be safe to remove all of them Rename .config to .config.bak Rename .cache to .cache.bak Rename .local/share to .local/share.bak but this is probably a bit too much and depending on your level of customization you'll have to redo a lot of things so don't do it if you're not feeling like doing it You can always delete (copy it somewhere and then delete) files below and delete all panels you have. Don't save widgets to desktop. You can easily add them from the widget menu. Then add one by one and try not to mess with config files themselves. These files will regenerate and hopefully everything will function correctly now .config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc .config/plasmashellrc .cache/plasmashell
Another thing you can do is create a new user. That user will have fresh config/cache files and try to reproduce the issue there.

Okey, thanks, Hello to you by the way, I didn't notice, sorry. I am gonna first remove the panels then delete the .cache folder and then delete three file that you mentioned. If issue happened again I am gonna try to create new user. Can I move my files to new user, could happen a permission issue?

I did this and issue not happening anymore, thanks for ypur help again. But, the second issue, the issue of blur widget's icons on the panels still happening.
Sorry for delayed replies, I'm at work. You resolved it without the need for creating a new user? That's great and yeah, you would need to mess with permissions to access the files which could end ugly if done incorrect. As for the blurry icons, there is a bug reported for it so it could be fixed soon https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=484888, https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/1bxucfo/603_bug_icons_randomly_become_blurry/ Always happy to help. I'll close this bug now.

I'll close this bug now. After some time goes, I noticed when I delete plasmashell caches, the "active blur" wallpaper plugin dropped in settings so default "image" option had selected. Then I enabled the "active blur" plugin and the issue happened again, I guess the issue related to this plugin.
