SUMMARY
System Settings menu fonts change their rendering depending on window focus

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings (everything is normal)
2. Press Meta tab (win tab) twice with a 1 s interval;
3. Make sure System Settings are back in focus and scroll down the menu;
4. Wait a couple seconds until fonts are re-rendered

OBSERVED RESULT
Letters start "dancing" in sizes (some letters are cut to ~75%)

EXPECTED RESULT
Fonts behave as normal

This should be resolved with latest frameworks
