Uh, whoops, accidentally submitted it. Anyways, Gnome-terminal's background immediately broke(it was configured to use the system theme), and icons disappeared from the system tray's "collapsed" menu. Plasma Theme Explorer reported that no themes were installed.
BTW, the way to reproduce it is simple: 1. run `pacman -Syu`. Things immediately broke. Reboot did nothing. 2. See issue by (1) setting gnome-terminal to use system theme, or (2) open the collapsed menu in the system tray Details from Info Center: Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Kernel Version: 6.8.9-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 8 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz Memory: 7.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® Xe Graphics Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. I can reproduce. The issue seems to be in Application style->GTK Application style-GTK theme-> breeze. With default and emacs theme it doesn't look broken.
Seems fixed in the newest beta. Not sure about stable though.
Hmm. Some things are still broken. Reopening.
