SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the battery icon ( or any other icon in the system tray )

OBSERVED RESULT
An extremely tiny popup appears that can't be resized

EXPECTED RESULT
A normal sized popup meny

I tried this on a different monitor and that works on the same machine, I tried to add a duplicate panel on my laptops screen but that too had these too tiny popups  (see attached images).
