SUMMARY Error when opening a phone connected through usb. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect an Android smartphone with usb. 2. Ensure that the phone configuration allow transmission of files through the usb. 3. Left-Click on the name of the device on "Devices" to open the media folder. OBSERVED RESULT Empty folder, with a red message saying: "No storage media found. Make sure your device is unlocked and has MTP enabled in its USB connection settings. EXPECTED RESULT To open the folder from the phone, allowing you to explore it. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: kubuntu 22.04 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.15.0-105-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The error do not happens if you instead right-click on the name of the phone on "Devices" and "Open in new window", then you have access to the folders of the phone with no problem.
