Depiction of the problem.

SUMMARY
When a user invokes a context menu on a notification which is rendered high in a list of notifications and that notification moves to the bottom, the context menu doesn't adjust accordingly to ensure that its entries remain visible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take lots of screenshots.
2. Invoke the context menu on the top notification whilst those under it remain visible.
3. Wait for all to disappear except the top one.

OBSERVED RESULT
As the attached picture demonstrates, the context menu doesn't adjust accordingly to ensure that its entries remain visible.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should automatically re-arrange to ensure that its entries remain visible.
