SUMMARY The panel I created on top with system tray didn't appear when I start laptop. To fix this I need to logout or restart. It never appears from turned off status. The panel on laptop display appears always. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect external display to laptop. 2. Set it primary 3. Turn off laptop. 4. Turn on laptop. Is this happening only on X11, or only on Wayland, or on both?
on Wayland. Another notion: the apps which I set to be auto started also appears on laptop screen instead of my Primary external. Seems like on the first boot Plasma does not correctly recognize displays. Screen of my display settings => https://imgur.com/a/QiU6KNO
Is the panel completely missing, or just stacked below another one such that it *looks* like it's missing? You can check with the "Manage Desktop & Panels" window accessed from the toolbar that appears at the top of the screen in Plasma's edit mode. If it's misplaced rather than missing, this is probably Bug 483348.
