Demonstration of tray bug

Tray applets opening to zero width after any window is made fullscreen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an applet (such as tray (Show hidden icons), audio or networks)
2. See that it opens
3. Open any window and make it fullscreen
4. Try opening the same applet

OBSERVED RESULT
The applet is zero-width and can't be expanded unless the window is no more fullscreen
Additionally, plasma starts freezing

EXPECTED RESULT
The applet should just open
