Is this under fractional scaling?

Does this happen for native wayland apps, or xwayland apps, or both?

It is under a fractional scaling factor of 120%. If I set scaling to 100% the line disappears.
It happens to both native and xwayland apps.

FWIW I can't seem to reproduce on 6.1 with a bunch of fractional scaling factors (including 120%). Could you provide the output of kscreen-doctor -o? Thanks!

Managed to replicate this on my KVM with openSUSE Kalpa.

Also can't reproduce with a bunch of fractional scales in Plasma 6.1. Closing for now, but please feel free to re-open if you discover the same issue in Plasma 6.1 after you upgrade to it. Thanks!

Updated to Plasma 6.1, bug is still here, unfortunately.
Will provide more info if needed.

Updated my openSUSE Kalpa (openSUSE MicroOS) VM to plasma 6.1.0, same result.
