I could not open KGPG from application menu. I have to use `kgpg -k` in terminal to open the GUI

After some help from fellow users, This is also reproducible in Fedora KDE 40 and KDE Neon too. 

When you open the app from Application launcher, it opens kgpg in Background and it settles in 'Status and Notifications' in the panel. The window could be accessed from there. But window doesn't popout normally as it is expected.
