SUMMARY
Unable to add new storyboards after creating animation with transform mask on the layer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create some storyboards
2. put a transform mask on the storyboard layer, and animate the transform for a few frames
3. try to create new storyboards with the + icon or "add scene after"

OBSERVED RESULT
You can't create new storyboards with + icon or "add scene after"


EXPECTED RESULT
You can create new storyboards with + icon or "add scene after"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
you can, however create new boards with duplicate scene. Therefore I suspect it's an issue with storyboard won't recognize layers with a transform mask.
