Created attachment 169065 [details] Folder highlight in Dolphin 24.02.2 SUMMARY When mousing over entries in Dolphin's folders panel, directory entries (generally) do not have their backgrounds change color to blue (in contrast to prior versions of Dolphin, as demonstrated in the attached clip). It appears that there is a very faint effect signifying mouseover in most circumstances, but it is difficult to notice. From my brief testing, the highlight effect is present when the empty space in the panel (below the entries) is clicked, when one of the arrows besides one of the entries is clicked, or when an entry is clicked twice. Notably, however, this effect is absent when dragging a file from the main file pane onto one of the entries, which is regrettable, since the highlight effect helps make it apparent that the file is indeed being moved to the correct directory. Moreover, the highlight effect seems to work consistently on the "Places" panel. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Mouse over entries in Dolphin's folders panel 2. Attempt to drag a file from Dolphin's main file pane onto an entry in the folders panel OBSERVED RESULT Except in a handful of circumstances, entries are highlighted with a very subtle effect. EXPECTED RESULT Entries should be highlighted with a more prominent effect.
