STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Open info center (kinfocenter)

OBSERVED RESULT

RAM usage skyrockets instantly, depending on the system load, it can lead to a complete lockup, or it finally "gives up" eating memory, and opens.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should open normally

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Running it through the terminal shows only this:

kf.xmlgui: cannot find .rc file "kinfocenterui.rc" for component "kinfocenter"

No more error/warning messages or any other hint of what's going on.
