STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a long list of wallpapers
2. apply a wallpaper on bottom of the list
3. reopen the desktop settings
4. maximize the desktop settings
5. scroll the list of wallpapers up

OBSERVED RESULT
The bar containing the button used to add a wallpaper disappears. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur

Fixed in Plasma 6.1.
