XML file for avfilter.fillborder

SUMMARY
According to the MLT and ffmpeg documentation, the filter/effect supports 7 different modes but only 3 are available in the dropdown. The XML definition file lists all 7 modes. Also, the filters appears to be keyframable but the XML attributes are missing.

The extra modes were added in 24.05.0, however keyframing is not implemented... will have a look at it thanks
