STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start sending an image
2. Before sending press "Edit"
3. Try to e.g. crop or rotate

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, the tool buttons can't be pressed

EXPECTED RESULT
toolbuttons to things
